Our guillotine systems are large span motorized, vertical door and window systems with retractable operation. Manufactured from electrostatically painted aluminum profiles, structural system and glazing frames are designed to provide excellent thermal insulation. All models use insulated glass with interlocking and thermally broken aluminum framing. The view provided is unobstructed as there are no vertical aluminum parts.

Safety is the number one priority in such designs due to very large and heavy glass panes. To achieve this level of safety and maintenance-free operation we designed a special screw drive system with a built-in fail-safe operation, eliminating the hazard risk that other high maintenance systems incur by utilizing cables, belts or chain systems with counter weights.
If requested and in order to avoid overheating, external or internal solar shading systems or blinds can be attached. (p.e EXTERNAL MOTORIZED BLINDS ). Further examples of shading systems can be
